• Existing site features like trees, slopes, or rock formations
• Lot style: level, walk-out, or walk-up

3) Secure your Lot

Secure your lot with a 10% deposit. No further payment is required until final lot registration

5) Design your Home

Collaborate with your chosen home builder to shape a home that reflects both lifestyle and land. Your builder will guide:

6) Finalize your Purchase

Once the lot is registered in your name, your builder can apply for permits with the RDN. Much of the planning can be completed in advance to keep construction moving.

7) Build your Custom Home
