Chelsea at Longwood is a thoughtfully designed multi-family residential development located in North Nanaimo’s prestigious Longwood community. The project consists of two four-storey, wood-frame residential buildings constructed over a single-level underground parkade, delivering 96 modern homes designed for comfort, efficiency, and long-term livability. Westmark is proud to be partnering with Murdoc + Co to bring this distinctive residential community to life. Inspired by Northern U.S. estate gardens and the charming, English-themed street names, Chelsea at Longwood was envisioned as a sophisticated, adult-oriented development that blends architectural character with its natural surroundings.
The residences have been designed with quality, comfort, and function in mind. Interiors feature spacious layouts with high-end finishes filled with natural light, oak-style laminate flooring, quartz stone countertops, modern cabinetry, energy-efficient lighting and appliances, and expansive balconies and patios in select homes. Located within a walkable North Nanaimo neighbourhood, the development offers convenient access to shopping, dining, medical services, green spaces, and transit, allowing residents to enjoy both everyday convenience and a strong connection to the surrounding community.
Through proactive project management and close collaboration between design, permitting, and construction teams, Westmark successfully navigated site challenges and scheduling demands to deliver a high-quality development that integrates seamlessly into the Longwood area while fulfilling the client’s vision for refined, connected residential living.
