West Coast island living at Shorewood is an upcoming mid-rise development in Parksville, BC. Located at 1180 Resort Drive along the Island Highway, this thoughtfully designed multi-family complex will feature three six-storey rental buildings.
Westmark is proud to partner with Primex Investments and Raymond de Beeld Architect Inc. to bring 233 brand-new rental units to Parksville. The development will include a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, along with three junior one-bedroom suites. The targeted completion timeline is 30 months from start to finish.
